Exchanges Policy
IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE,
- You may return it for an exchange within 7 days after receiving your purchase with the date delivered.
- All orders can only be exchanged once.
- Exchange is only to the same brand.
- You can choose to exchange for the watches of equal value or top up for a higher value item. No refund will be made for exchanging to a lower value item.
- The merchandise must be returned in the exact condition it was sold. It cannot have been worn, resized, altered, or damaged in any way. All original tags must still be attached.
- The watch must be returned including all boxes, papers, books, and all accessories - also in their original condition.
For exchange via mailing
- You will cover the two-way shipping charges. The new package will be subjected to a standard shipping fee of $5.

For exchange at our retail shop
- You can proceed exchange in our 3D Watch Shop.
- Do contact us at Whatsapp Business +65 8894 7934 for the model you like to exchange before head down so we will prepare the exchange item and arrange the date to proceed exchange in our shop.
IF THE ITEM YOU RECEIVED IS DEFECTIVE,
- Do contact us at Whatsapp Business +65 8894 7934 with your order number and a snapshot of the defect within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
- You may return it for a replacement within 7 days of receiving your purchase. We will cover the two-way shipping charges. In the event the product is no longer in stock, you will be issued a full refund.
